# Arkata Help

Arkata is an operations platform built for architecture and periti firms. It brings your clients, permit projects, tasks, documents, billing, and authority correspondence into one place — so you spend less time on admin and more time on your work.

## Who is Arkata for?

Arkata is designed for small-to-medium architecture and periti firms in Malta. It understands the local permit process — PA submissions, RFIs, BCA clearances — and is built around how your firm actually works.

## How access works

Arkata is an invite-only platform. Your firm's administrator creates your account and you receive a login email. There is no self-registration.
