The sidebar
The top of the sidebar has two tabs. Home is the main menu. Inbox holds your notifications, with a badge counting the unread ones. The Home menu holds:
Click the panel icon at the top to collapse the sidebar to icons and give yourself more room. Click it again to expand.
Architects do not see the Finance menu or the Billing dashboard. See Roles.
A lock icon on Finance means your firm’s Finance trial has ended. See Finance trial.
Create something from anywhere
The round + button in the bottom corner of every page creates a Project, a Task or a Client without leaving the page you are on.Ask Copilot
The Copilot button sits beside quick add and opens the assistant in a side panel. On a phone it opens as a full page. See Arkata Copilot.Share a page with a colleague
Projects and tasks have a Share button next to Edit. It copies the page’s link to your clipboard. Whoever you send it to still needs their own Arkata login to open it.Your profile menu
