Roles
Arkata has two roles: Founder and Architect. Both roles currently have full access to all features.Founder
The Founder role is for firm principals and owners. Founders can:- Manage all clients, projects, tasks, and documents
- Create and send invoices
- View financial summaries and billing dashboards
- Manage team members
- Access all firm settings
Architect
The Architect role is for employed or associate architects and periti. Architects can:- Manage all clients, projects, tasks, and documents
- Create and send invoices
- Access firm settings
What’s the difference?
Today, both roles have the same permissions. The distinction exists so that Arkata can introduce more granular permissions in the future — for example, restricting financial visibility to Founders only.Your role is assigned when your account is created. If you think your role should be different, speak to your firm’s administrator.
